Responsibilities

• Design features for Saily's mobile app.
• Identify user experience issues and validate solutions through user interviews.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Product Owners, Engineers, Copywriters, and other colleagues.
• Provide user-centric insights throughout the product life cycle.
• Map user flows, frame problems, and design user interactions.
• Create clear and intuitive low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes from broad and complex ideas.
• Iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business considerations, and technical constraints.

Requirements

• Experience with user interface design and interaction design.
• Experience designing mobile applications.
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design best practices and the ability to apply them.
• Understanding of native app design systems.
• Knowledge of haptics and microanimations.
• Ability to create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes and present them clearly with well-reasoned explanations.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
• Strong problem-solving and data-backed decision-making skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and analytical thinking.
• Demonstrated experience shipping product design solutions.
