Details

Join the team behind NordVPN and help shape the web marketing landscape for a leading cybersecurity brand. The role is approximately 90% web design, with the remaining work focused on marketing screens within mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Design web pages that enhance user engagement and interaction across the website.
Design marketing screens within mobile applications.
Analyze website patterns and flows, identify architecture and design flaws, and recommend suitable solutions and improvement plans.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align web designs with brand identity and business objectives.
Improve engagement and conversions through cohesive, user-centric design strategies.
Work closely with UI/UX designers, UX researchers, design system designers, copywriters, web content managers, graphic designers, engineers, and data analytics teams.
Advocate for design excellence by presenting and rationalizing design decisions and their impact on growth metrics.

Requirements

Proven web design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging, high-performing web pages.
Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with strong attention to detail and a passion for intuitive user experiences.
Ability to align design with business objectives and user needs.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work with data analytics, web content managers, and developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and evolving project requirements.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Proficiency in Figma.
Willingness to adopt AI-enhanced workflows and tools.
Candidates should submit a comprehensive portfolio highlighting relevant, ideally web-focused, projects, the design process, and achieved outcomes.
