Details

Join the Web Design team at NordVPN, one of the world's leading cybersecurity brands. The role focuses approximately 90% on web design and 10% on marketing screens for mobile applications. You will help create an engaging web presence that drives user acquisition and satisfaction while collaborating with marketing, product, content, design, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Design web pages that improve new-user engagement and interaction across the website.
Design marketing screens within mobile applications.
Analyze website patterns and flows, identify architecture and design flaws, and recommend suitable solutions and improvement plans.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align web designs with brand identity and business objectives.
Improve engagement and conversions through cohesive, user-centered design strategies.
Work closely with UI/UX designers, UX researchers, and design system designers.
Advocate for design excellence by presenting and explaining design decisions and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven web design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging, high-performing web pages.
Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, attention to detail, and a passion for intuitive user experiences.
Ability to align design with business objectives and user needs.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work with data analysts, web content managers, and developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements, and welcome feedback.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Proficiency in Figma.
Openness to adopting AI-enhanced workflows and tools.
Candidates should submit a comprehensive portfolio highlighting relevant, ideally web-focused, projects, the design process, and achieved outcomes.
