Details

ING Hubs Poland is hiring an IAM Compliance & Control Specialist to join the IAM Champions team. The team supports IAM engineers and service owners in building secure and compliant solutions, working between engineering and governance to translate requirements into practical controls and improvements. The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be "Engineer IV".

Responsibilities

Drive and improve IAM control testing across services, including documentation and test quality.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for control automation and simplification.
Track improvement progress and ensure timely delivery.
Support IAM services in meeting internal standards and external regulations, including PCS and DORA, and assist with implementing new requirements.
Support SOX processes for IAM services, including documentation and test approach improvements.
Ensure IAM tools, documentation, and evidence are audit-ready.
Coordinate audit activities and support communication between auditors and engineering teams.

Requirements

Experience in IAM, IT security, or compliance.
Understanding of access management concepts and controls.
Experience supporting audits, such as SOX or similar.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and the ability to drive discussions.
Structured approach and attention to detail.
Good spoken and written English.
Willingness to work as a substitute for a fixed-term position.

Additional Qualifications

Experience with IAM tools or large-scale environments.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX and DORA.
Experience in control testing or audit coordination.
Experience in banking or another regulated environment.

Team

You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and auditors on initiatives including central testing, compliance improvements, and audit coordination.
