Details
Bridge is creating a payments platform built with stablecoins to simplify global money movement. Its APIs enable businesses to send and receive funds across borders, while virtual accounts and payouts infrastructure provide global access to U.S. dollars.
As a Product Manager for Compliance, you will own the products and systems that enable Bridge to scale safely across geographies, partners, and transaction volumes. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, data, compliance, and operations to design customer compliance systems that are fast, adaptive, and deeply integrated into the platform.
The role focuses on enabling high-velocity growth with strong controls through real-time decision-making and thoughtful product design.
Responsibilities
- Own the core compliance control plane by defining and delivering a unified API and self-service platform that serves as the single source of truth for large-scale, ongoing compliance program execution.
- Drive operational autonomy and safety by leading the strategic shift to enable non-engineering teams to manage global compliance programs end to end, with guardrails and intelligence that eliminate operational errors and unintended business disruptions.
- Maximize engineering and data leverage by ensuring the platform architecture and data model are accurate and extensible, shifting engineering effort from manual execution and data cleanup toward platform innovation and automation across operational workflows.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically shipping large-scale, complex, and technical platform or infrastructure products.
- Proven experience leading ambitious, ambiguous 0-to-1 projects requiring significant cross-functional alignment and organizational change.
- Deep understanding of API design and data modeling principles, with a track record of building reusable, high-leverage components.
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills for negotiating timelines and aligning roadmaps across multiple organizations.
- A data-driven approach to product management, including experience defining and tracking metrics related to operational efficiency, platform health, and system accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building internal tooling or platform-as-a-service offerings that centralize and automate decentralized operational workflows.
- Experience working on regulated products that use machine learning or artificial intelligence to automate complex decision-making processes or generate optimized operational plans.
