Details

We're creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through its APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders, while virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to access, store, and spend US dollars. Its payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD globally.

The Technical Program Management team builds systems that make global, programmable money trustworthy at scale. This role drives execution across complex technical initiatives, brings structure to ambiguous problems, aligns stakeholders, and helps teams move quickly while maintaining reliability, performance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and organization-wide programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design, scope, and shepherd features.
Create functional specifications, project and release plans, and roadmaps.
Own and execute one or more software engineering programs simultaneously.
Drive product decisions that align with program and company objectives.
Influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
Define and scale program processes and frameworks that can be adopted across the organization.
Mentor Technical Program Managers and contribute to building the TPM discipline.
Lead complex programs across engineering, product, finance, legal, compliance, risk, and other cross-functional teams.
Contribute to program strategy, drive technical decision-making, and oversee execution from planning through delivery.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in technical program or product management, with a consistent track record of shipping products with broad and global customer impact.
Experience providing program management throughout all phases of software development, from kickoff to delivery.
Ability to evaluate product and infrastructure architecture, lead technical discussions, and drive clarity on decision tradeoffs and solutions.
Ability to operate independently and lead efforts across multiple teams and functions, including stakeholders in different disciplines and time zones.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a fintech or payments company.
Track record of driving programs with cross-organizational or company-wide impact.
Comfort working directly with senior engineering and product leadership with limited support.
History of building durable, long-term solutions rather than focusing only on shipping on time.
