Details

Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to join its remote Solutions Engineering team in France. The team consists of customer-facing product experts who educate potential and existing customers through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing interaction. Solutions Engineers partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to help qualify and close opportunities and communicate customer feedback.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
Own technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive landscape feedback.
Drive product conversations based on customers' needs and problems.
Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create other public or private enablement materials.
Listen to prospects and customers, understand their requirements, ask appropriate questions, and translate those requirements into solutions using Grafana Labs technology.

Requirements

5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills for working with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers.
Ability to articulate Grafana Labs' value proposition and the technical advantages of its products.
Ability to solve technical challenges and develop creative customer solutions.
A technical mindset and desire to grow technically.
Fluent in Arabic.
Must be located in France.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with open-source technologies or in the metrics and monitoring space.
Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.
