At Saily, the team is removing the hassle of staying connected while traveling through secure mobile data in more than 200 destinations. Saily fosters an AI-native Product Engineering culture focused on customer problems, autonomy, continuous learning, and user-centric product development.

Responsibilities

Design features for Saily's mobile app.
Identify user experience issues and validate solutions through user interviews.
Collaborate with the CEO, Product Owners, Engineers, Copywriters, and other colleagues.
Provide user-centric insights across all product lifecycle stages.
Map user flows, frame problems, and design user interactions.
Create clear and intuitive prototypes from broad and complex ideas.
Iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business considerations, and technical constraints.

Requirements

Experience in user interface design and interaction design.
Experience designing mobile applications.
Excellent knowledge of user-centered design best practices and the ability to apply them effectively.
Understanding of native app design systems.
Knowledge of haptics and microanimations.
Ability to create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes and present them clearly with well-reasoned explanations.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
Strong problem-solving and data-backed decision-making skills.
Strong ownership mindset and analytical thinking.
Demonstrated experience shipping product design solutions.
