Details

ClickHouse is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own new product introduction within Revenue Operations and establish NPI as a repeatable discipline. The role owns the end-to-end path to launch across Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and the field, including requirements, design decisions, implementation, testing, and go-live readiness.

The position is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations. It focuses on ensuring that new and acquired products have the pricing, packaging, quoting logic, approval rules, controls, and commercial systems required to be sellable.

Responsibilities

  • Establish NPI as a repeatable discipline by building the launch process, requirements framework, and operating cadence.
  • Own launch programs end-to-end, including timelines, cross-functional deliverables, and readiness planning.
  • Define commercial and operational requirements for pricing setup, quoting logic, discount and approval rules, and sales controls.
  • Own the integration path for acquired products, including pricing and contract mechanics.
  • Run user acceptance testing on the end-to-end quote-to-cash flow and resolve issues before launch.
  • Define launch criteria, run go/no-go decisions, and coordinate field activation with Enablement.
  • Build automation and tooling to make NPI and commercial operations faster and more reliable.
  • Track launches after go-live, identify issues, and improve the process for future launches.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, revenue operations, product operations, or commercial systems.
  • Track record of owning launches end-to-end and building the systems behind them.
  • Owner-operator mindset and ability to take responsibility for outcomes across the full NPI system.
  • Ability to establish processes from a near-blank slate and design and build automation and tooling.
  • Technical and commercial depth to define requirements, facilitate decisions about quoting, approval, and control logic, and build parts of the solution.
  • Strong cross-functional program management skills, including managing timelines, driving deliverables, and synthesizing stakeholder input.
  • Experience with usage-based or consumption-based business models, including metering, commits, overages, billing, contracts, revenue recognition, and commercial systems.
  • M&A or technology integration experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ, financial and billing systems, product rating, and telemetry.
  • Experience designing quoting rules, approval logic, and automated controls across commercial systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional forums and present readiness status to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative or technical field.

Compensation

The typical starting salary in the United States is $160,000–$220,000 USD. In US premium markets, including the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City Metro Area, the typical starting salary is $180,000–$240,000 USD.

Benefits

  • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment.
  • Employer healthcare contributions.
  • Company stock options.
  • Flexible time off in the United States and generous entitlement in other countries.
  • $500 home office setup allowance for remote employees.
