SentinelOne is seeking an AVP, Enterprise Delivery & Transformation to serve as a strategic horizontal connector across delivery functions. The role will enable the Chief Trust Officer to operate at the CEO-interface level by managing cross-functional coordination, unifying strategic and execution goals, owning the integrated roadmap, leading enterprise AI governance, and establishing the foundational delivery operating model. The position focuses on seamless prioritization and execution of cross-functional programs without traditional, reporting-heavy PMO bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the integrated 90-day and annual roadmap, capacity view, and portfolio view across Information Security, IT, Enterprise Applications, and Enterprise Data & AI.
  • Define and maintain the organization’s delivery framework standard.
  • Lead major transformation programs and assign Technical Program Managers to coordinate dependencies across functions.
  • Run the enterprise AI governance program, including AI usage policies, approved tool catalogs, adoption metrics, and AI performance frameworks.
  • Design and run cross-functional planning cadences, including quarterly portfolio reviews and monthly sessions focused on risks, trade-offs, and execution dependencies.
  • Manage strategic communications from the CTO to the business and CEO.
  • Own the escalation channel to proactively surface and resolve cross-functional blockers.

Requirements

  • Extensive strategic leadership experience acting as a proxy or connective layer for C-level executives, such as a CTO or CIO.
  • Proven experience defining and running complex delivery frameworks, portfolio reviews, and agile planning cadences for technical delivery functions.
  • Experience leading major transformation programs spanning multiple technical domains without relying on traditional, reporting-heavy PMO structures.
  • Demonstrable experience building and managing technology governance programs, specifically enterprise AI usage policies and tool catalogs.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to manage reporting to CEO and board levels.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and developing fluency in AI tools and concepts.

Compensation

The U.S. base salary range is $217,500–$326,000 USD. The range may vary based on the candidate’s location, and a different range may apply in some locations.
