Shape the digital experience behind Eneco’s connected home energy products, including smart thermostats and energy monitoring solutions. Turn complex energy data into simple, actionable insights that help customers save energy, lower costs and make smarter decisions. Work at the intersection of product, software, data, IoT and commercial teams to accelerate the energy transition in people’s homes.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Energy Insights & Advice solutions.
Own the app and web experience surrounding connected energy devices.
Design customer journeys across discovery, purchase, onboarding, activation and ongoing usage.
Create meaningful energy insights and advice based on customer data.
Define how energy data is captured, processed and translated into customer value.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, commercial teams and external hardware suppliers.
Balance customer experience, technical feasibility and operational efficiency.
Identify customer needs, prioritise opportunities and translate them into valuable product experiences.
Develop products that help customers understand their consumption, optimise their behaviour and participate in the energy transition.

Requirements

At least 5 years of Product Management experience across the full product lifecycle.
Strong B2C product experience with a clear focus on end-user value.
Experience working with agile software development teams.
Experience with data-driven products, analytics platforms or real-time data environments.
Proven experience with roadmap ownership, prioritisation and OKRs.
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build strong partnerships.
Experience developing products that drive customer engagement or behavioural change.
Experience leading multiple development teams or product streams is an advantage.
Experience in energy, IoT, smart home ecosystems or connected devices is an advantage.
Experience in medium-sized or large organisations is an advantage.

Team and Work Environment

You will join Eneco’s Home Energy Propositions team within the B2C organisation. The team develops products and services that help customers understand, manage and optimise their energy consumption. You will work with digital product development, software engineering, data and analytics, commercial proposition teams and IoT value chains.

Benefits

Gross annual salary between €85,000 and €95,000, including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance.
Depending on the role, a bonus or collective profit sharing.
