Details

You will incubate and scale new propositions that help customers save money and energy, contribute to a more sustainable energy system, and support Eneco’s business goals. You will shape the future of Eneco’s commodity and non-commodity proposition portfolio and provide product leadership within a cross-functional engineering team, collaborating with commercial, pricing, legal, and marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Eneco’s commodity proposition portfolio.
Lead the development and scaling of propositions such as Eneco VoordeelMomenten and Happy Power.
Work with engineering, design, analytics, and data science teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Partner with commercial stakeholders to align product direction with business objectives.
Identify opportunities and gaps within the proposition portfolio and build business cases for new initiatives.
Collaborate with pricing, legal, marketing, and sales teams to launch and optimise propositions.
Drive product decisions through customer insights, data, and measurable outcomes.
Incubate, validate, and scale new propositions.
Monitor proposition performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to the long-term evolution of Eneco’s proposition portfolio.

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of a product, platform, or portfolio.
Experience working with OKRs and making data-driven decisions.
Hands-on experience working within agile engineering teams and owning product strategy, roadmaps, and execution.
Experience scaling products from an early stage to maturity.
Ability to provide product leadership in close partnership with Engineering Managers and technical teams.
Comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments and navigating ambiguity.
Experience launching propositions in collaboration with commercial, pricing, legal, marketing, or sales teams.
Ability to balance customer needs, commercial priorities, and technical considerations in a technical environment.

Gross annual salary between €90,000 and €110,000, including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance, with a possible bonus or collective profit sharing depending on the role.
