At NordPass, you will help create safer and simpler ways for millions of users to log in. NordPass is a password manager used by more than 7 million users and 10,000 global companies to secure credentials, cards, and sensitive data.

The role combines product growth metrics, compliance, and technology innovation. Responsibilities include optimizing activation funnels, addressing GDPR requirements, defining CLI tools, and preparing for agentic AI authentication.

Responsibilities

Lead a fully cross-functional, autonomous NordPass product team.
Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning, turning insights into shipped value.
Define and track product health metrics, including activation, adoption, and retention, to guide daily, monthly, and quarterly decisions.
Partner with user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics stakeholders to drive aligned outcomes.
Work as a triad with the Engineering Manager and Product Designer to balance near-term ROI with long-term initiatives.
Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices throughout delivery.
Develop expertise in authentication and identity for consumer and business segments, translating domain trends into product tactics.
Explore the future of secure browsing and agentic AI-ready authentication, including developer-friendly CLIs and integrations.
Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly while maintaining quality and compliance.
Communicate decisions clearly, document trade-offs, and align teams around measurable outcomes.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS.
Comfort with analytics and growth metrics, including activation funnels and cohort analysis.
Technical fluency and the ability to discuss APIs, CLIs, and AI authentication protocols with engineers.
A generalist mindset and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing contexts.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate between business, legal, and engineering teams.
