Details

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability (Infra O11y). This fully remote role is for candidates in Canada (considering candidates in Canada EST).

Grafana Labs is the company behind the open observability cloud, built on open source, open standards, open ecosystems, and open culture.

Responsibilities

Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
Empathize with customer problems in order to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
Curate and properly represent user feedback to Engineering, while providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities
Work closely with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers
Use deep product expertise to make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing and tiering
Define the vision and ensure the long-term success of Infra O11y, working with engineering partners to fine-tune product strategy
Chart the path forward for net-new product initiatives (e.g., Host Monitoring) while maintaining a strong roadmap and customer satisfaction for mature products
Perform heavy customer discovery, understand user needs, and build consensus and alignment across several Engineering groups and stakeholders
Establish integration touchpoints with other key offerings like Grafana Cloud Knowledge Graph and Grafana Assistant to enable a seamless monitoring experience

Requirements

A BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in Product Management
5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product
Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts
Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams
Experience working with Engineering and Design teams build delightful products and features with strong UX in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
