Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability (Infra O11y).
You will be responsible for defining the vision and ensuring the long-term success of Infra O11y, working closely with engineering partners to fine-tune product strategy. The role focuses on net-new product initiatives (e.g., Host Monitoring) while balancing a strong roadmap and customer satisfaction for Grafana Cloud’s most mature infrastructure observability products: Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability.
Responsibilities
- Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
- Empathize with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
- Curate and properly represent user feedback to Engineering, providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities
- Work closely with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers
- Use deep product expertise to make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering
- Help define the vision and ensure the long-term success of Infra O11y, working with engineering partners to fine-tune product strategy
- Chart the path forward for net-new product initiatives (e.g., Host Monitoring) balanced with maintaining a strong roadmap and customer satisfaction for mature products
- Drive heavy customer discovery, understand user needs, and build consensus and alignment across several Engineering groups and many stakeholders to simplify the broader Infra O11y experience
- Establish integration touchpoints with other key offerings (e.g., Grafana Cloud Knowledge Graph and Grafana Assistant) to provide a seamless monitoring experience and guided explorations through natural language
Requirements
- A BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product
- Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts
- Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams
- Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build delightful products and features with strong UX in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Compensation in Ireland: EUR 104,000 - 124,800 (base compensation range). Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. Compensation ranges are country specific.
