Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability (Infra O11y) to help define the vision and ensure the long-term success of its most popular Grafana Cloud products spanning the infrastructure suite: Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability.

Grafana Labs is 100% remote and is considering candidates in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap.
• Empathize with customer problems in order to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points.
• Curate and properly represent user feedback to Engineering, providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities.
• Work closely with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers.
• Use deep product expertise to make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.
• Develop and own the product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research for your product domain.
• Collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning product goals and act as the primary advocate/expert for your area.
• Work with engineering partners to fine-tune product strategy and chart the path forward for net-new product initiatives (e.g., Host Monitoring), while maintaining a strong roadmap and customer satisfaction for mature products.
• Drive heavy customer discovery and build consensus/alignment across multiple Engineering groups and stakeholders.
• Flex GTM muscles, including competitive analysis and sales enablement, to inform activities like pricing and packaging.
• Ensure experiences are tightly woven into the overall Grafana Cloud suite, establishing integration touchpoints with offerings like Grafana Cloud Knowledge Graph and Grafana Assistant to support seamless monitoring across architecture layers via guided explorations and natural language.

Requirements

• A BS/BA in Computer Science (or a related field) or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
• Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams.
• Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build delightful products and features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation

In Sweden, the base compensation range is SEK 775,444 - 930,533. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed during the interview process. Compensation ranges are country specific and discussed for applicants outside the listed location.
