Details

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability to lead products across its infrastructure suite, including Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability. The role is fully remote and open to candidates in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

Define the vision and long-term strategy for Infrastructure Observability.
Own the product roadmap, collateral, and market research.
Transform ideas and customer feedback into product vision and roadmap priorities.
Conduct customer discovery to understand user needs, requirements, and pain points.
Represent user feedback to Engineering and provide evidence for trade-offs and priorities.
Work with Engineering partners to develop product strategy and drive net-new initiatives such as Host Monitoring.
Maintain strong roadmaps and customer satisfaction for mature products.
Build consensus and alignment across multiple Engineering groups and stakeholders.
Simplify the broader Infrastructure Observability experience for Grafana Cloud.
Establish integration touchpoints with Grafana Cloud Knowledge Graph and Grafana Assistant to provide seamless monitoring experiences, guided explorations, and natural-language navigation.
Partner with Product Marketing to support go-to-market activities, including presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers.
Make decisions regarding go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UX, leadership, customers, and other cross-functional stakeholders in a globally distributed organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
At least 5 years of experience with B2B SaaS products.
Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts.
Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams.
Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build products and features in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with open-source software or commercial open-source companies.
Experience using or building observability products or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers.
Proficiency with infrastructure concepts and components such as Kubernetes, cloud service providers, and virtual machines.
Experience with AI tools.
