Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join its Customer Experience team. This is a hands-on Professional Services role focused on helping customers solve complex problems, accelerate adoption, and achieve business outcomes with Grafana.

The role involves acting as a trusted technical partner and customer-first advocate throughout onboarding, implementation, and expansion. You will provide technical consulting, training, best practices, roadmap assurance, and project guidance while helping customers align Grafana capabilities with their architecture, goals, and constraints.

Responsibilities

Work effectively with business executives, project managers, IT development staff, customers, and partners.
Understand business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements.
Design solutions involving data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
Act as a functional lead and demonstrate clear methodologies and functional capabilities.
Lead functional workshops, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
Advocate for standards and best practices.
Stay current with Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies.
Support Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams with innovation and product improvements.
Deliver customer training, initiate engagements, and provide tailored technical consulting.
Manage timelines, unblock teams, monitor support needs, and help deliver customer value.

Requirements

Located in the Netherlands.
5+ years of experience working on deployment teams and using project management techniques.
Direct experience with observability.
Knowledge of best practices for using and deploying observability stacks, including visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces.
Preferably experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Cortex, Enterprise Metrics, Loki, Enterprise Logs, Jaeger, and Tempo.
Proven track record of successfully delivering customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations for large customers.
Excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Experience with Kubernetes, including kubectl, Helm, and preferably Tanka.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Ability to learn new skills and technologies independently.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation in the Netherlands: EUR 109,697–131,636 per year.
Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) are included for all roles.
